Waterside Gardens is a quaint development comprising eight full volumetric modular three-bedroom homes nestled alongside the picturesque Leeds Liverpool canal. These eco-friendly homes incorporate sustainable features, including advanced fabric technology, air source heat pumps, and mechanical heat recovery systems. The use of factory-controlled construction methods enabled us to maintain rigorous quality control and adhere to our project timeline despite the site’s challenging conditions, namely its compact size and proximity to both the canal and a bustling dual carriageway.
