Matt’s career journey has taken him through a myriad of industry sectors and diverse project types, bestowing upon him a wealth of insights and an unparalleled depth of knowledge within the construction industry.
Patrick joined the business as co-director in 2024.
Patrick has over 15 years’ experience working in the built environment within the commercial, project management and development management functions. His expertise spans multiple use classes, collaborating extensively with local authorities, registered providers, and private developers. He has managed teams and projects through every phase, from initial feasibility studies, viability, appraisal, and business case development, to navigating the planning process, project execution, and post construction sales and leasing activities.
Patrick has a particular set of skills and expertise ranging from on-site construction management and delivery, through to town centre master planning and regeneration.
