MAKE NW acted as Programme Director for the Wellsprings project on behalf of Bolton Council, providing strategic oversight of the delivery of circa 60,000 sq ft of refurbished office accommodation.

MAKE’s role spanned the full lifecycle of the project, including programme leadership of the construction phase, coordination of the design team, and oversight of procurement and appointment of the building operator. This ensured that the emerging design, delivery programme and operational requirements were fully aligned from the outset.

Through this integrated approach, MAKE supported Bolton Council in managing programme risk, aligning stakeholder interests, and delivering a high-quality refurbishment that was operationally robust, commercially viable and responsive to the council’s wider regeneration and asset management objectives.
