MAKE are providing full project management services on behalf of PIC Homes for this flagship development in Trafford. The scheme will deliver 46 new houses and 38 apartments, set within generous public realm spaces and designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability, including high-performance building fabric and solar battery installations. 

Following detailed design checks and a successful Section 73 planning approval secured in late 2024, construction commenced on site in January 2025. Site enabling and foundation works are progressing well, with timber frame erection scheduled to begin in September 2025.
