Samlesbury Innovation Hub is a flagship project delivering state of the art office and laboratory space.
MAKE NW is assisting Lancashire County Council providing full Development Management services, guiding the scheme from concept to completion.
MAKE’s commission covers end-to-end development leadership, design, procurement and construction oversight through its PM/QS team, and the procurement of a best-in-class operator to ensure the building is not just delivered successfully, but operates effectively, sustainably and in line with long-term economic objectives. The project is due for completion in 2027.
