Working within an unusually shaped existing structure, the scheme maximises the use of available space to create high-quality residential accommodation while retaining and enhancing the character of the building.

A fabric-first approach was adopted throughout the refurbishment, delivering significant improvements to the building envelope and contributing to an EPC B rating. The development incorporates modern low-carbon technologies, including Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) hot water cylinders, helping to reduce operational energy demand and create comfortable, efficient homes for residents.
