MAKE’s role involves unlocking the site’s full potential. Overseeing feasibility, site strategy, market engagement and delivery planning to bring the scheme to market and secure best value for the Council. Working in close partnership with the local authority, they are aligning development ambitions with commercial reality to enable sustainable regeneration and attract future investment.
This work builds on MAKE’s wider involvement in Bolton town centre, helping to shape and accelerate transformational change across key sites.
