This expansive project also incorporated external service yards, ample parking, and landscaping to enhance its functionality and aesthetics.

We faced several challenges during this project, including the safe demolition of a 1960s college building, the construction of extensive retaining structures due to the site’s topography, and the creation of complex structural floating slabs capable of accommodating tenant product racking and heavy goods vehicles. Additionally, the close proximity to the railway necessitated continuous engagement with National Rail to ensure the project’s smooth progression and compliance with safety standards.
